There is a low-traffic MySQLTuner mailing list at Google Groups called MySQLTuner Talk. It’s free to sign up, and you can find out when the latest MySQLTuner releases are available. Also, if you have issues with MySQLTuner (or your MySQL installation itself), feel free to send something to the list.
You can join the list via e-mail if you prefer that method. Just send a blank e-mail to mysqltuner-talk+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com and you should get a quick reply from the list.
